Monthly rental rates range from $450-$750. All utilities as well as garbage and water are paid by the owner. Tenant(s) only responsible for cable/internet if desired.  Month-to-month rental contracts with a three month minimum stay or 12 month leases are used depending on each individual situation. 

1 day - 1 month rental stays, can be booked through Airbnb
